Doin a fly by
Mar. 22nd, 2006 04:41 amJust a fast update - I know I should do it more often but sometimes life just gets in the way.
Work has been busy. We're gearing up for our busy season and had some MAJORissues come up last week - issues which still are not resolved. I hate sweeping things under the carpet but it's just not my call. Unfortunately I cannot decide whether to stay or to start seriously looking for another job until I see how the company deals with this.
Yes that's a little cryptic but it's not something I can go into.

pyllgrum and Mom haven't felt really good the last couple of days. I'm sneezing my head off but I bet that's alergies.
Unless we get a dumping of snow or 30 mph winds this weekend (barring illness ofcourse) I think we have plans to go see the Cherry Blossoms and walk around the tidal basin. We don't do the actual festival perse - just wander and look. It marks the beginning of spring for me :)
Oh and of course the obligatory trip to Skewers. ahhhhhhhhhhhhh. I have been craving one of their chicken kabob salads for weeks.
oh DUH I nearly forgot - I got new glasses ordered but not in yet. They're black wire rims and look remarkably like the black plastic ones I have. Creature of habit?
