Man, this week has flown by. It's already half over.

On a more melancholy note - the MDRF is now down to the last two weekends. I'm going to wear "wash and wear wench wear" on Saturday to see how soggy the grounds are. If they're still bad then the velvets may have to wait until next year.

Ya know, that brings up a point: when I have to worry what kind of weather I can take a dress out in then I probably shouldn't be buying that sort of dress should I? I mean anyone who's met me knows I"m not the most graceful person around.

We shall see what next season will bring. I'm skipping the off season (isn't that conceited -- try the MD off season) Faires as gasoline is just too damned expensive.

Update --- as soggy as it is now the velvet is definitely staying home.

It's really working out for the best anyway --- most every accessory I have is based on a green/brown theme and the velvet is black with gold fleur di lis accents.
