Then pour 1/3 out into a mason jar and add honey (to taste) Halls Mentholyptus cough drops, red hots and lemon juice. 1. Who inspires you?
2. Who disappoints you?
3. Who makes you angry?

5. Who do you love?
1. My husband Jon. He's a truly good person 99.5 % of the time.
2. I usually manage to disappoint myself.
3. Intolerant people make me angry so right now it's my father.
4. EVERYONE ! I literally laugh at everthing.
5. My family. Right, wrong, or indifferent we've stuck it out through some rough times.
1) How many hours of sleep do you get a night?
2) How few can you get by on and still function if you really had to?
3) When in your life did you get the least amount of sleep in a regular basis?
4) In a perfect world, how many hours per night would you actually get?
5) Morning person or night owl and has this changed over time?
1) I get about 7 hours a night. Jon snores so it's sometimes less.
2) I have gotten by with 4 hours a night but it's been a few years. I'm really grumpy when that happens.
3) 2 times...when I was going to college and working as a cocktail waitress in the 80s and then in the 90's when I finished my degree and held down the farm. I had to sleep in installments then ... 2 or 3 hours at night and a nap in the afternoon if I could.
4) I LOVE sleep. Nothing regenerates me more. I'd have 8 hours at night and a one to two hour nap in the afternoon.
5) ALWAYS a morning person. I love being up before the sunrise when the house is quiet and I can have time to myself.
