Weekend update before work beckons:
Went to the Fairy Festival in PA @ Sproutwood Farms on Sunday. Oh yeah ! It was my first time and other than a bit muddy it was a delight. I really enjoyed Clann an Drumma (sp?) and this lady with a sitar (ok I missed part of that - the 13 year old had issues) and the FOOD ! I have missed food that wasn't affected (infected??) with growth hormones. It was wonderful to have chicken that actually tasted like chicken ... makes me miss the farm.
Let's see what else? Oh yeah the few of us that were there had a picture taken. Not real sure how it turned out. I got to visually compare the 'sacred circle' they had with what I know of Native American beliefs.
All in all it was a nice opportunity to see everyone have a good time. Maybe next year I'll have more time (less distraction?) to see more without teenage issues.
EDIT: oops, forgot - it was great to see
blackfoxofde and family - especially since I missed the pub crawl.
One definite: I LOVE MY BOOTS ! I had nice dry clean comfy tootsies.

And we now have a winner............
May. 3rd, 2005 10:27 am....for the absolutely strangest question I've ever been asked.
"How many children do I have?"
I kid you not - I got that phone call just a second ago from an employee. Now obviously he knew how many kids he had (I hope so anyway) - he actually was inquiring how many deductions he was taking on his W-4.
This one beats last years famous "What was my ex wife's name again?"
(He wanted to know what her new married name was LOL)
