For SOME reason my replies are showing up as 11 hours later than they should. When I do a regular post the time is ok but my replies are off. I searched the FAQ s and all that's addressed is how to change your regular posts (which are correct it appears).

Is this normal? Thoughts? **crickets chirping**

So does this mean that you're not normally up at 5 or 6am??

Sunday morning as I was checking info on how to get to MDRF, I got your reply back about the situation that was going on at around 5:45am or so.

actually I am normally up @ 4-4:30 a.m. but I have noticed that in the mornings sometimes my replies end up 5 or so p.m.

Maybe my 'puter is possessed?

Are they actually showing up late, or are they just time-stamped the wrong time? If it's the time-stamp, that has to do with what time your computer thinks it is. If it's actually showing up late, I have no clue

Sorry I'm not much help...

It's the timestamp but I'm using two different computers.

ahhhhhhhhh the plot thickens

Thanks though - maybe I'll just leave it like that to confuse myself.

I think I broke it.

*snerk*

I'll ask Jon to look around on stuff and see what he can figure out -- he's good at that sorta stuff.

Sounds like the time stamp on one of those computers is off, probably by about 12 hours from what you said. It's fairly simple to diagnose--just notice what time your computer thinks it is, and see if that's the correct time.

The computer I am currently using has a time of 3:08 p.m.

Let's see what time this posts.

2:05 am, Aug 31st. Hmpf. It's posting 11 hours ahead of itself. Very strange. Maybe something in your LJ settings? If your computer is on the right time, it's not what I thought it was. Sorry I'm not more help.
