this is a tad annoying

For some reason entries I post, public, friends, custom, whatever, are showing up on my entries page but not when I check out in my friends pages (yes I friended myself - it's easier).

They've been there before but not now. Yes I checked the date - I had posted 2 of them. Neither is showing up and one of them I cannot find ANYWHERE.

Is it eating my entries? Let's see if THIS one shows up.

edit: now that I posted this one of my 'missing' entries is found. the other is still out there somewhere in limbo though

Odd, I am getting responses in my e-mail that were made to an update in November. It appears there is a "burp" occuring in the LJ servers.

Another user I know (who has a friends only journal) has been having the same issues you mention. It is supposed to be getting better.
