Oh it was yummmy. I like mine with more of a tabasco flair and a bit more sausage and tomato but this was mighty fine. Sure beats the stuff you get from Giant :)

On Fat Tuesday I went all Nawlins style on our hot bar at work. I had Jambalaya, Gumbo, Blackened Catfish, Cajun-fried Chicken legs, and Donut Bread Pudding (ok, more southern than cajun, but still sold well).
