1. Have you ever, theoretically speaking, contemplated downloading copyrighted material (songs, tv shows, movies, etc.) from someone that did not have the rights to distribute it? Why or why not?
2. Have you ever, theoretically speaking, contemplated uploading or distributing copyrighted material (songs, tv shows, movies, etc.) that you did not have the rights to distribute? Why or why not?

--No. I try not to intentionally break the law.

--this is too complicated for a fluffly friday five. No it's not obsolete, and yes it still needs to be reinforced. If you do away with copyrights what's next? patents?
